How to Obtain the EB-5 Visa
  • The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program requires an investment into a new commercial enterprise that creates jobs for US workers.

    Investment Routes

    1. Targeted Employment Area (TEA) / Rural & Infrastructure Projects
      • Minimum investment: USD $800,000
    2. Other Projects (non-TEA)
      • Minimum investment: USD $1,050,000


    Both pathways require that the investment:

    • Creates at least 10 full-time jobs for US workers
    • Is maintained for the duration of the visa application process

Year 0 – Months 1–6
